What ID do I need to bring?
All signers must present a current, government-issued photo ID — driver's license, U.S. passport, or state-issued ID card with your name, address, photo, and signature. Expired IDs cannot be accepted. This is required by Texas law.
How far in advance should I book?
We can accommodate same-day requests in many cases. For standard appointments, a few hours' notice is usually sufficient. For complex packages or specific time requirements, advance booking is appreciated but we always do our best.
What is a Certified Signing Agent?
A Certified Signing Agent (CSA) is a notary public who has received specialized training in loan document packages and has passed a background screening. The NNA certification is the industry gold standard — required by many title companies and lenders.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. As a notary public, we are not licensed to practice law and do not provide legal advice. We can explain what a document is and its general purpose, but for legal questions about your specific transaction, please consult a licensed Texas attorney.
What is RON and how does it work?
Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows documents to be notarized via a secure video session — you can be anywhere in the country. Identity is verified electronically, you sign digitally, and the notarial act is completed legally and securely.
Are you insured and background checked?
